The Enterprise Contractor Edition includes additional features specifically for the construction industry, such as advanced job costing, estimating, and contractor-specific reports, which are not available in QuickBooks Pro​.  Additionally, Enterprise as a software includes a better database and advanced features and capabilities only in Enterprise.

The Silver Edition includes advanced reporting, basic inventory management, and customer support. QuickBooks Online Payroll Core includes features such as automated payroll calculations, direct deposit, tax form filing, and employee self-service.
This plan includes comprehensive features such as unlimited invoices and estimates, contact management, expense and mileage tracking, bookkeeping automation, and over 750 integrations with other applications​.
Advanced Inventory provides capabilities such as tracking inventory by bin location, serial numbers, lot numbers, or FIFO costing, and managing inventory across multiple locations.
It includes features such as enhanced reporting, custom fields, workflow automation, batch invoicing, custom user roles, and dedicated account management.
