Is my phone or tablet compatible with the GoPayment mobile card reader?
The GoPayment card reader is designed to work with most popular smartphones and tablets, and we’re constantly working to make sure it works with new devices as they come out. Please note that your device needs to be connected to the Internet via WiFi or cellular to process wireless credit card transactions.
How many free card readers come with GoPayment?
As a new customer, we will automatically ship a free mobile credit card reader to you once your account is approved. If you require more than one card reader, you can order additional ones by using the link in the next FAQ that discusses additional readers.

How do I order additional GoPayment mobile credit card readers?
If you are a new customer, we will automatically ship a free mobile credit card reader to you as soon as your new account is approved. If you require more than one card reader, you can order additional ones by clicking this link: Order additional GoPayment card readers. Please be sure to include your complete physical mailing address as we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Do payments I make with GoPayment download into QuickBooks?
Yes. All payments made on the GoPayment app can be easily downloaded back to QuickBooks and closed as a Sales Receipt, or matched up against an open Invoice. However, if you are a QuickBooks Online users, you can additionally use the QuickBooks Mobile app to process payments. This is the preferred method since any payments made through the QuickBooks Online mobile app will automatically sync back with QuickBooks Online, versus having to be manually downloaded back when processed through the GoPayment app.
GoPayment works with iPhone, iPad and Android devices.
GoPayment is not compatible with Windows or Blackberry devices. Although we do not officially support devices from other providers (such as TracFone and Cricket), they will often work with GoPayment.
