You can find the POS data file on your computer stored in C:\ drive in program data to Intuit folder, the POS data folder usually named by QuickBooks POS XX (for version 12 and 2013). QuickBooks POS 10.0 for version 10, and QuickBooks POS 9.0 for version 9. Please note that the program data folder is hidden in Windows 7 and Vista.
