You might have to deal with a wait time, and the quality of information you receive may vary based on who you speak to – but in general, going straight to the source is one of the best ways to get helpful information. A good tip from what we have heard is to use the chat included in the Enterprise help section because it gives you the option to request a callback vs. sitting on hold and from our understanding, gives you a much better chance of getting through to the Priority Circle US-based support agents. Again, not sure if the US-based part is true but it is worth starting with this route just for the callback functionality alone.
Enterprise Resource Center and Training Videos
The resource center offered by QB is an often overlooked but fantastic place to learn about the software. You can access the learning center through your instance’s Help menu. They have 16 hours of step-by-step videos on everything in Enterprise. These are modular options and only 2-6 minutes in length which makes it easy to pick and choose based on your needs. QuickBooks YouTube Channel
Video can be a really powerful way to gain new information. YouTube is a wealth of information on various topics, and the QuickBooks Channel is very informative (in addition to being free!). No matter what your question is, you can probably learn more by reviewing the QB YouTube channel. That being said, it can be difficult to navigate and find the specific subjects that you want.

Depending on the level of complexity of your system, you may want to receive additional help from experts.
